What's Included
Your private beach house; a place to move, reset and drift between our signature experiences at your own rhythm.
The day starts with escape; welcome drinks overlooking the beach, mingling with ROX friends and new connections.
The house unfolds throughout the day, spaces designed for different states of reset.
This is your space and you choose how you use it. Move between scheduled training sessions, heat and water with sauna and cold plunge immersions overlooking the sea.
Enter our Disconnect spaces to read, write and create. Still spaces for sensory meditation. Ground spaces focusing on breathwork and barefoot grounding.
Move between them freely.
Return to the sauna.
Take another plunge.
The day slows before the house settles into its evening rhythm.
As the sun drops, we gather outside.
Sunset on the terrace. Firepit lit. Cocktails flowing. The horizon in front of you.
For those who stay the night, enjoy the sound of the waves sending you into a peaceful state of rest, sleep deep and wake to the sea, share breakfast, and use your house freely before departure.
