RIDE
The OG ROX concept. This is not your average spin class. Ride boast inspirational climbs, slick sprints and upper body weighted work. With big beats, immersive studio lighting and the best indoor cycling trainers in the area, Ride is the ultimate studio cycling experience.
BOX
Combining bag work with station work, Box is a full body workout playing with punch combos, footwork, technique and exerting all out-rage complemented with station work focusing on rounds of upper body, lower body, core and cardio. The ultimate workout.
STRENGTH
Strength is designed to make you a stronger and more athletic ROXstar.
Our 45-minute Strength, Arms, Arse & Abs and Bodypump classes will test your endurance as we use a combination of body weight and free weight exercises with functional training to shape more powerful you.
FLOW
From energising vinyasas and fun functional flows to muscle lengthening Pilates, our Flow classes are designed to leave you feeling energised, strong and revitalised.
With calming music and a soothing energy, our Flow embodies an emotional and physical release.

Max believes in leading by example. If he is sweating, he expects you to be too. The classes are made to be hard, utilising your time efficiently.
